SMS campaign

You can send SMS campaigns via the Ediware platform.

To insert your contacts, go to the “import recipients” tab. There are two possibilities: “from a file” or “from a list of contacts”.

It is possible to personalize your messages with the content of the fields in the recipient list.

In your sent sms campaign, you will find a “statistics” tab with two entries: reports and enriched file.

Note: Legally, marketing SMS campaigns cannot be sent: between 8pm and 8am, on Sundays, or on public holidays. The platform does not allow you to send a campaign outside the permitted time slots. Before sending your campaign…
