Recover the enriched file of a campaign

Definition

The recovery of the enriched file of a campaign allows you to know the behavior of each of your contacts. You can find out who opened the message, who clicked on which link, who unsubscribed, who is in hard or soft NPAI. You get back the same contact file that you originally imported, with this additional information.

How to retrieve this file

It can only be retrieved once the campaign has been sent.

On the page of your campaign, in the “Recipients” section, click on “retrieve the enriched file (with click details)”. Save the file in csv format and open it with Excel.
