Welcome to this tutorial dedicated to the document hosting module on Ediware. Thanks to S3 integration, you can host your files securely and make it easier to provide multiple downloads. In this tutorial, we will see how to:

  • Access the module from your email campaign.
  • Use the documents module to manage your files.
  • Easily rename your documents to keep them organized.
  • Take advantage of secure hosting and multiple downloads through S3.

This module hosts files that you want to link to from your messages. For example, a catalog or a product sheet in PDF format. The maximum size is 8 MB. Only the following file extensions are allowed: docx, doc, xls, csv, xlsx, ppt, pptx, txt and pdf. The generated links will only work from an email campaign sent from this platform. Be careful not to delete documents that are used in already-sent campaigns.
