Filter campaign statistics by column
Good news: your campaign statistics can now be filtered by a column from your contact file. Concretely, you compare performance by region, by customer type, or by any criterion you have in your data.
Configure the filter
- Go to the page of your campaign
- Open the Statistics filter block
- Pick the column you want among those that contain data
- Save
Note: only columns containing 20 distinct values or fewer are offered, to ensure relevant filtering.
View the filtered statistics
Once the filter is configured, a dropdown appears automatically at the top of the campaign statistics page.
- Pick a value to display the statistics matching only this segment of contacts: volume, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.
- Pick « All » to go back to the global view
Good to know
- Nothing is set in stone: edit the filter whenever you want, before or after the campaign is sent
- Want to change column? Just go back to the Statistics filter block
- Filtering works on all your campaigns, with no restriction
