Filter campaign statistics by column

Good news: your campaign statistics can now be filtered by a column from your contact file. Concretely, you compare performance by region, by customer type, or by any criterion you have in your data.

Configure the filter

  1. Go to the page of your campaign
  2. Open the Statistics filter block
  3. Pick the column you want among those that contain data
  4. Save

Note: only columns containing 20 distinct values or fewer are offered, to ensure relevant filtering.

View the filtered statistics

Once the filter is configured, a dropdown appears automatically at the top of the campaign statistics page.

  • Pick a value to display the statistics matching only this segment of contacts: volume, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, etc.
  • Pick « All » to go back to the global view

Good to know

  • Nothing is set in stone: edit the filter whenever you want, before or after the campaign is sent
  • Want to change column? Just go back to the Statistics filter block
  • Filtering works on all your campaigns, with no restriction
